Tim Jagemann’s name is synonymous with the Elkhart Lake luxury real estate market, where his well-established reputation and unmatched market knowledge have made him the leader in the industry. As the broker of Elkhart Lake Real Estate, with over $100 million in career sales, Tim prides himself on his personal service and attention to every detail, which has led him to a large base of referral and repeat clients. Tim specializes only in Elkhart Lake properties. He is the manager of Elkhart Lake Realty LLC. Jagemann, originally from Manitowoc, first came to Elkhart Lake at the age of 9 to see the first race held at Road America in 1955.
Tim has over 50 years of experience in all facets of real estate transactions. He designed, built and sold his first home at the age of 21 while obtaining his Associates Degree in Residential Design from North Central Technical College in Wausau in 1968.
Jagemann then became Executive Vice President of SEG, the U.S. division of the largest real estate developer in Vienna, Austria, where he oversaw residential and commercial development in San Diego, Denver and Phoenix.
Jagemann also worked for two of the largest U.S. homebuilders, Pulte and Ryland Homes, where he was in charge of market research, entitlements, product selection, commercial joint ventures, land acquisition and land sales. In 1989, Jagemann had $25 million in land sales for Pulte Homes.
In 1993, Jagemann founded an institutional investment company to acquire, lease and resell model homes from large builders around the country. Using Wall Street funding, Jagemann acquired and resold over 350 model homes valued at over $100 million in 14 cities in 11 states. He was also a partner and general contractor for a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, Aliso Viejo Golf Club, in Orange County, California.
To date, Jagemann has sold 410 homes valued at over $120 million.
Jagemann is a member of the Elkhart Lake Chamber of Commerce, Sports Car Club of America and the Historic Race Circuits Preservation Society Of Elkhart Lake.
